Cancellation/Return Policy

Right of WithdrawalIn accordance with current legislation (Article 3ib, par. ib’ of Law 2251/1994), services related to leisure activities with a specific execution date are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, all ticket purchases are final.

Refunds – Exchanges

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that you have selected the correct screening (movie title, date, and time).
No Refunds or Changes: Once a transaction is completed, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different screening.
Lost or Damaged Tickets: The cinema is not responsible for, and will not replace, tickets that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed.

Screening Cancellations

In the event of a technical failure or an act of force majeure that leads to a screening cancellation, the business is obligated to: Refund the full ticket price, OR Issue a new ticket for a future screening of the customer's choice
