The website www.gocinema.gr is owned and operated by Mediasoft International, based in Thessaloniki (General Commercial Registry No: 040490606000, VAT No: 045954939). By using this website and purchasing tickets, you provide your unconditional acceptance of the following terms.

Ticket Purchase Process

Validity: Each ticket is valid only for the specific screening, date, and time indicated on it.

Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the electronic ticket (QR Code).

Transaction Security

All card payments are processed through the Cardlink electronic payment platform and utilize strong encryption protocols.
• Data Protection: Our company does not store, nor do we have access to, your credit or debit card details.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, and Discover.

Limitation of Liability

• Order Fulfillment: Mediasoft International is not liable for damages resulting from the failure or delay in executing an order.
• Availability: We reserve all rights regarding seat availability in cases of force majeure or if a screening is canceled due to the distributor’s fault. In such cases, Mediasoft International will ensure users are notified promptly.
• System Availability: The website gocinema.gr is not responsible for potential system downtime, nor does it guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
